based on a variety of things, such as search word proximity to each other, sentence breaks, paragraph breaks etc. So I doubt you'll ever find an exact answer out of the box, you'll have to resort the results yourself.
What I mean about Queries is that should be written
[Form]=FormTemplate or [Form] contains FormTemplate, as the field needs to be contained in square brackets.
We applied an averaging component by calculating the average score across all results from a db, comparing that to the average from other dbs, and adjusting individual scores up or down accordingly for use when combining the result sets. Pretty basic I think, but seemingly the best we could do.
